Locations
We charge scent and music per building. If you have several locations with the same set-up, each location counts on its own. The numbers below are per location.
Number of locations
One building or several locations.
Scent
One amount per diffuser, all in: the bespoke scent, the diffuser, the refills and ongoing care. We install the machines; your own team places reed sticks itself with our short instructions. Your own team does the refilling, with the refills we send on time. During the site visit we point out the place and the dosage; if something is wrong with the device itself, we resolve it. One scent of your own for the whole location, or different scents if you prefer: you pay per diffuser.
Machine with scent
€ 85 per month per machine, excl. VATFor any room size: reception, corridor, lobby, shop floor. The machine doses the scent; we install it, your own team refills it, and if it breaks down we sort it out.
Set of reed sticks with scent
€ 15 per month per set, excl. VATOnly for small rooms up to about 80 m³: washroom, fitting room, treatment room, hotel room. Never for a corridor or lobby; nobody would notice a set of reed sticks there.
For reference: 80 m³ is a room of about 30 m² with a 2.70 m ceiling. A corridor quickly reaches 150 m³ and a lobby often more than 1,000 m³. If in doubt, choose a machine; we check it during the visit.
Music
A programme is a musical atmosphere of its own for a room or a part of the day. We charge per programme per building, capped at six programmes.
Programmes per building
For example lobby, restaurant and rooms, or morning, afternoon and evening.
Art and poem
From the same signature, as a framed work made to measure, from small to large (for example 80 × 120 cm). From € 250 one-off per work, framed and shipped. No monthly fee.
